The 2004 International VSA arts Festival is a production of VSA arts, which is creating a society where people with disabilities can learn through, participate in and enjoy the arts.

Most events for the Festival are free, though some events require tickets to be purchased. Conference attendees must provide a registration fee to attend the conference sessions.
